Jonathan Willetts - Chief Executive Officer

Founder of SOS. Jonathan has been actively involved in the offshore outsourcing industry for the last 10 years, assisting clients in moving a significant numbers of jobs from UK to India and China. In 2001 he co-founded a Global Outsourcing Consultancy and has been successfully working on a number of client assignments in the offshore outsourcing market.

Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant who trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London where he specialised in the financial services business and was responsible for a number of major client assignments which included audits, acquisitions, and compliance, process and systems improvements.

Jonathan has extensive international business experience having worked on assignments in the Far East, the Sub Continent, Europe and Eastern Europe. He also has been heavily active in researching the global outsourcing industry and has advised a number of clients on various markets including India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.



Sachin Goklaney - Chief Operating Officer

Co-Founder of SOS. Sachin has been actively involved in the offshore outsourcing markets for the last 7 years, assisting clients in offshoring over 7,000 jobs from UK to India and Sri Lanka.  

He has worked for a Global Insurance Company as a Project Manager for their European Operations for two years, where he was instrumental in creating a Financial Shared Services Centre across Europe.

He has also worked at a Global Outsourcing Consultancy where he successfully assisted clients on their strategy and implementation of their offshore outsourcing programmes, including leading the offshore management and implementation teams and assisting the offshore suppliers in the management and operations of the processes.

Sachin trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in Sydney, Australia where he worked in various roles during which time he assisted a number of clients on their business strategies, taxation advice and some financial and investments planning.

He has been heavily active in researching the global outsourcing industry and has advised a number of clients on various markets including India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Eastern Europe and Latin America.



Huyen Nguyen - Commercial Director & Vietnam Country Head

Huyen has had extensive experience in assisting clients to setup and operate their businesses in Vietnam.

She has been actively involved over the last 6 years in setting up over 1,500 jobs in Vietnam for international customers, assisting in the strategy, feasibility and implementation.

She has held various management positions in Vietnam, Russia and UK to assist clients with their strategic marketing, setting up their internal back office processes and project managing their operations.

She worked as the Senior Manager in a large property firm in Vietnam, leading her team in complex research and analysis for international clientele, advising them on their infrastructure and operational setup strategies, project managing the setup, recruitment and operations of their businesses and back office functions.

Huyen has extensive international experience from her work in Vietnam, UK, Europe and Russia. She trained as a Marketing Executive in a leading International College in Vietnam, and is fluent in English, Chinese, German and Vietnamese.



Matt Gee - Sales Director, SOS London

Matt has provided Consulting services for over 10 years. He has done this primarily in media, telecoms and gaming sectors. His portfolio covers a vast range of assignments from business planning for start-ups through to strategic reviews for multinationals. He has a strong track record in strategic planning, business development and the execution of commercial strategies.

Most recently have worked extensively in emerging markets on a range of capital raising initiatives and the development of a global network of partners to provide local assistance to clients and partners.

Matt previously worked for Channel 4, UK as Director of Strategy for the International Division, before founding Clarendon Partners and Gale Creek Investments. He graduated with an MSc in Applied Psychology from the City of London University.



Hugh Bucknall - The Foundation Chairman of SOS

Hugh has had an international career as a management consultant and enterprise leader. His experience covers the Asia Pacific region, extending from India to Japan, from northern China to New Zealand. In recent years, he provided enterprise leadership for a large, global business services across the region

Hugh has qualifications in Psychology and Computing Science and applied those skills in a variety of private enetrprise and public sector agencies. Those roles included project management, systems design, government policy implementation, organisational effectiveness studies, and HR directorship in a number of organisations.



John Barrow - IT Manager

John has worked in IT for over 15 years, working in GIS, the NZ Ministry of Housing, the IT Manager for the NZRU (The All Blacks), a large MNC in the Netherlands and Munich and Identity Services (Passports, citizenship and BDM). John also spent some time teaching before relocating to Singapore. In his last position he was working as a pre-sale and support Manager for an IT security firm.

John originally trained as a research and development chemist with a BSc before moving into IT. He has now completed 24 exams giving him a number of certifications – Checkpoint CCSA, Bluecoat BCCPSE, Cymphonix CSA and CCSR, CompTIA Security+, ClearSwift MIMEsweeper CME in web and email, Zultys VOIP, MCSA (W2K), MCSE (NT4, W2K), MSTS (Exchange), MCITP. He is also a qualified Secondary School Teacher and is currently studying a BA in History.
