To design and build a Stock and Supply Chain system.

- Mapped out the business processes for:
- Ordering
- Goods Received
- Par Stock Levels
- Order Fulfillment
- Credit Control
- Cash and Other Collections
- Designed and developed a bespoke online and realtime supply chain system based on the above processes including:
- Automated links between Inventory Database & Accounting information
- Automated links between Ordering system
- Automated links between Customer database including credit control limits
- Used existing Accounting system to link the back end for accounting and taxation reports
- Built interfaces to allow checks and balances within the processes, together with allowing access to real time data and reports
The solution was built on standard technical infrastructure supporting Open Source technology including Java. The database has been developed using SQL.
